Alcon UK Technical Services is part of the Worldwide Service Support Group

All Alcon UK Technical Service Engineers are trained professionals, committed to providing Alcon customers with the highest level of quality service.

We aim to solve the majority of maintenance and repair requirements with one on-site visit. When required, our fully equiped modern workshop provides complete technical support.

Commonly required and consumable parts are held locally at our Hemel Hempstead HQ. Other parts are stored in our European Support centre in Paris.
